Beta testers and developers are needed for a new Shareware program called "Live Sound Effects."
Here's what the author had to say:

Live Sound Effects allows the user to change the characteristics of any sound/music being played on a Windows computer in real time. It is based on plugin "filters". At the current time there are only two filters, Band Pass and Echo/Reverb. These filters are provided in source code form (standard C programming language).
I am looking for both user's and developers who would be interested in creating other filters.
