Just wondering... who are we directing these toward?
If no one in particular, then why don't you all post in the same thread? Maybe open up a little, tell what you like to do (if singing; what genre? / if acting; what genre and whatnot).
Just comin here, especially as a guest, and saying "I wanna do this" isn't gonna help much. If you really wanna do it, then do somethin' about it. Just wantin' ain't gonna getcha squat. If you enjoy doing it and you got a passion for it, then dive right into it. Join some local sh*t, if there is any. Maybe hook up with a band or post some ads on bullitons lookin' for a part in a play or somethin'.
Get some background credits for when you finally get the chance to hit the big leagues. If you've never done small plays or anything like that, then you'd have to really (I mean {REALLY} impress a (what're those people called?)... dude who picks actors and actresses. You'd have to really impress'em on the spot if you have no background sh*t.
See, also, when you get some sh*t done, you can sign up here as a member and post some contact info in your profile. Also, you can link to downloads (clips, plays, music, etc) of things you've done in your profile too.

me is quite right except the swearing was a lil uncalled for  ..... the background stuff is the most important thing you can do ! Without it no-one will take a second look at you ......... actors/actresses work their butts off for years doin stupid crappy parts and maybe just maybe the might hit the big time ! Its not all glitz and glamour ........ |
