On March 11th i wrote on a different forum that:

Quote:
I need to find a prog that will allow me to cross-fade 2 songs together, i dont want a prog that will have a cross-fader bar, but more like a fader button.

I am using this for my church and i am the "sound-person". I organize the music.

What ive dont so far is set up a nice computer to the sound board, copied all our cds to the computer, and now i am asking for a prog.

Ive spent several hours tryin to find a app that works, but nothing. I need it to support wma files.

In simple terms I want it to be a program that is like having two profesional cd players that are hooked to same board and u can play one song (or CD) and then fade that song into the other song by clicking the two fader buttons at same time or maybe a 2-3 sec. delay on one of the fader buttons.

This is how i want it to be on the prog. If anyone knows where one is i would like to know where. I dont care if it costs money!!!!

And Sumone responded saying that u should try BPM studio. Well so i tried it and went to buy it and it cost like 400 - 500 $. Which really sux. So if sumone could refer to me another program that would do just about the same stuff but without the cost, or if sumone could build one for me that would be great!!!

Either Way Is Good!

There are some freeware dj programs that can do it .
Check out Deejaysystem Mk-I - a DJ-CD player with cue & very accurate pitch. You can run as many instances as you like and you can download it's freely on http://www.deejaysystem.com/download.asp
Aother nice one (& free) is MP3Tunes. It's a dual mp3 player with pitch & crossfader and you can find it in http://www.snapfiles.com/get/mp3tunes.html
Also check out this link > http://64.5.53.34/ss/links2/index.php?action=displaycat&catid=65

For playin' music, I use jetAudio. It's got an auto crossfade thing when you change songs... which is pretty cool.
