Hi ihave this problem
i need capture 7 audio inputs in the same computer and diferents archives in mp3 format or wmv for later streaming.
What card i need for make this ?

If they are line inputs you need, there are many soundcards that accept various inputs such as SPDIF, optical, etc.
If it is mic inputs you want, there are only a few cards that have more than 1 or 2 mic preamps built in. Search your local music store for details.
MP3s aren't generally used in the form of an external input. If you have a CD with mp3 tracks, you can easily copy those onto your PC and mix them in with your project using the right software. Some recording and mixing software may not accept MP3s, so you may also need to convert them back to WAV files. |

I would wonder why "7" is the magic number for inputs. In any event, you can look into an M-audio Delta 1010lt sound card. It has eight(8) anolog inputs.
We use it, have had it for a year with no complaints.
The issues you will run into with higher quality cards is the software you run for recording can just quit due to the extreme amount of data being processed.
Another issue is your computer pretty much better be Intel processor, Northbridge and Southbridge or look out for the crackles that you will NEVER get rid of during playback of recorded material.
